Free shipping in the Spanish peninsula including Portugal. We do not ship to Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours.
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive updates from MRW regarding the progress of your delivery.
International orders are sent via MRW by Standard International delivery.
International Shipping is a flat rate of 17,34€ in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czechia Republic, Switzerland. To Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovakia, Romania, Sweden the flat rate is €27,54.
If you are not at home to receive your delivery a delivery attempt notice will be left and your order will be left at your local post office for collection. You will need photo identification to pick up your parcel.
CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY
Please note that all payments made on this site are in Euros.
All prices are inclusive of IVA.
International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.
We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders.

RETURNS POLICY FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE
We want you to love your online purchase from Meraki. If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return the item/s you’ve purchased.
Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase for Full Price items.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for Sale items. All sale items are considered final sale.
Items purchased during a promotion where a discount code is provided can be exchanged or returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.
All returns should be sent via registered post. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Meraki & The Geek.
You can exchange a full priced item within 15 days of purchase for a different size or colour. As our pieces are limited and are not restocked, to avoid disappointment we recommend purchasing the new item immediately and following the returns process for a refund. But if you don’t want to do this, our team will do the best to fulfill your exchange upon return, but we can not guarantee this.
Both to return or change any of our garments, you must follow the same procedure:
Send us an email to [email protected] indicating in the subject, whether it is a change or a return and the order number.
In the body of the email you must include the following information:
• Order number
• Card holder
Then, our team will contact the customer as soon as possible, to provide them with the address to send the product or products that they wish to exchange or return. Do not forget to put the invoice in the bag with the same information that you have sent us by email.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or a refund of purchase price via the payment method used during your purchase. We endeavor to process refunds as soon as they are approved but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
Exchanges will be resent at your cost. Meraki is not liable for the loss of garments being returned and we recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
