Can I change or cancel my order?
As much as we would love to help, it is not logistically possible to change or cancel an order once it has processed through checkout.

This means that no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to: removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed will be processed the next business day. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.

Within Spain: Delivery is between 3-4 business days.

Outside Spain: Delivery is between 7 business days. Please keep in mind, due to possible customs processing delays, your order may arrive outside of the estimated time frame. 

Do you send orders express worldwide?
Yes! Domestic orders are all sent with X express service as a shipping agency. For international orders, we offer delivery with DHL express courier service.
How much will shipping cost?

Shipping cost are free for every customer with Meraki & The Geek within Spain.

Do I need to pay customs fees, import Duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.

Duties/taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country your order is being delivered to. Meraki & The Geek will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments.

If you refuse a shipment from Meraki & The Geek, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.

I think my order is faulty
If you think you have a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with some images of the concern and quote your order number.

Meraki & The Geek gladly accepts change of mind returns for refund within 15 Days. You can read our Returns Policy here.

Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we are able to offer exchanges, so if you would like another size/style you will need to send us an email. You can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a exchange as per Returns Policy above.
